May Crowning Reminder

-  MAY CROWNING
May 19 at 8:30 A.M.
May Crowning for St. Patrick School will be Friday, May 19, at 8:30a.m. at Church.   All second graders and all eighth graders will be honored in the May procession.  The second graders will wear their Communion clothes to school on Friday, May 19.  Non-Catholic students will arrive at school in their best “Sunday-go-to church” clothing.  No jeans  allowed.
They will change out of their dress clothes into their gym uniforms as soon as May Crowning pictures are finished.  We are in need of some parent helpers who would be willing to help the students who are changing into the gym clothes---just to make sure that everyone has everything they wore to school!  Please contact the homeroom parents to volunteer to help out.

A group photo of the second grade in their Communion clothes will be taken by Camera Box Photography, a professional photographer, after the May Crowning ceremony.  The May Crowning picture will feature all second grade students, their teachers, Mr. Fly, and our priests.  Individual photos of the First Communicants will be taken on that day as well.  A price list is attached.   The photos, taken in Church in front of the statue of the Blessed Mother, are lovely, and we highly recommend them.
To honor the Blessed Mother, please try to send your child with a flower on Friday morning.  All flowers will be made into bouquets and vases will surround the statue of Mary in Church.
