Homework: Math p. 164
We learned how to regroup in addition today!
Please help your child by making sure they follow these rules:
1. We start adding in the ones column.
2. We decide if we have to regroup or not:
'9 or less, let it rest' meaning we can just write our answer and move onto the tens column.
'10 or more, carry next door' meaning we have to take the ten and carry or regroup it over to the tens column.
3. Add the tens column.
Practice math facts and read a good book!
Red Reading Folders are due on Thursday!
